Accommodation

Course registration includes accommodation and full board at the Granja Escuela Arlanzón, our home during the Crisol week. It is located on the outskirts of the village of Arlanzón, about 20km from the city of Burgos. As well as providing us with exceptional hospitality every year, it allows us to enjoy the green and idyllic surroundings in which it sits — right beside the river — and the company of the farm animals that live there. The granja escuela is a hostel: rooms and bathrooms are shared, accommodating between 6 and 13 people, and are distributed by age range or gender (upon request).

As for meals, the hostel offers both an omnivore menu and a vegan menu. If you have any questions about the stay or the food, get in touch and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

How to Get to Crisol? Burgos can be reached by train, bus, or plane — with flights to and from Barcelona — however there is no public transport from the city of Burgos to Arlanzón. That said, ahead of Crisol we set up a contact platform so that those attendees who need it can coordinate and carpool to the granja escuela from different points across the peninsula.
